What occurs after I've booked a session?
You'll receive immediate confirmation with our meeting details. For video calls, you'll get a Zoom link. For in-person meetings, I'll follow up regarding location and any additional fees.
What if I require additional time during the session?
You'll be surprised at how much we can accomplish in an hour, but if you need more time, you can always book additional sessions. Many clients book regular strategy sessions to ensure consistent progress.
Is ongoing support available through a retainer?
Yes! Many clients choose to book weekly or monthly coaching sessions for continuous support and accountability. Additionally, coaching clients have the opportunity to work with me to manage their website through comprehensive management plans. We can discuss these options and find the right fit for your needs during our initial consultation.
Am I eligible for a refund if the consultation doesn't meet my needs?
If I'm unable to assist you for any reason (for example, if your needs fall outside my areas of expertise), I will promptly issue a refund. However, once our session has commenced, refunds will be determined at my discretion.
