How can I schedule a session?

All coaching and support is done asynchronously. This allows us to make the most of our time and also permits you to have long-term access to our conversation.

What occurs after I’ve booked a session?

Once your payment is processed, I’ll send you an email containing a link to our private conversation page, along with an introductory video message from me. From there, we’ll begin our asynchronous consultation.

What if I require additional time during the session?

You will be surprised at how much I can accomplish in an hour, but if you find you want more time together, you can purchase more time at any point. Our conversation will be preserved so we can always pickup right where we left off.

Is ongoing support available through a retainer?

If you'd like ongoing support for your website, I recommend you choose a website management plan from Client Amp. I am the managing director of Client Amp and work closely on each site we manage.

Am I eligible for a refund if the consultation doesn’t meet my needs?

If I’m unable to assist you for any reason (for example, if your needs fall outside my areas of expertise), I will promptly issue a refund. However, once our session has fully commenced, refund eligibility will be determined at my discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer any guarantees for the results of the consultation?

While I cannot guarantee specific results, my extensive experience and expertise in online course businesses, coaching practices, and WordPress sites have helped many clients overcome their challenges and achieve their goals.
