When a meeting starts, Fathom joins alongside you and begins recording and transcribing everything in real time.

Once the meeting ends, Fathom generates a full summary with timestamps, and you can choose from different summary formats depending on the type of call — Q&A, demo, customer success, and more. Every transcript is fully searchable, and you can search across all your recorded calls from a single search box. If you know a client said something specific during a meeting three weeks ago, you can find it in seconds.

The "Ask Fathom" feature is where things get particularly interesting. Instead of reading through summaries or transcripts, you can ask natural language questions about what happened in a meeting. It's especially powerful for sales teams — you can ask things like "How could I have improved my pitch?" or "Did I talk too much during the demo?" and get actionable feedback based on the actual conversation.

Fathom is already becoming the standard for AI meeting notes, and it's arguably the safest bet in the bundle. Even if the entire deal were just a year of Fathom for $39, it would still be a strong recommendation.

At $39 for a full year of access to all three tools, the AI Studio Bundle is one of the most straightforward recommendations in recent memory. You're getting unlimited AI summaries from Fathom, unlimited audio generation from Speechify, and unlimited video creation from HeyGen. Each of these tools individually would cost significantly more on their own monthly plans.

What makes this deal particularly compelling is the quality floor.
