How does async coaching work?
You pick a tier, pay, and fill out a short intake form. Then you send me your question however works best for you: screen recording, written brief, voice memo, or any combination. I'll send you back a personal response within 2 business days. You watch it on your own time. No scheduling, no calls, no back-and-forth trying to find a time slot.
What's the difference between this and the AI Intensive?
This is a single async exchange: you send a question, I send an answer. The AI Intensive is a full two-week engagement with a live kickoff session, 14 days of direct access, and a closing call. Think of coaching sessions as getting a specific answer to a specific problem. The AI Intensive is for when you need someone to build alongside you.
How do I send my question?
After you purchase, you'll get access to a private conversation. Send a screen recording (Loom, CloudApp, whatever you like), a written document, a voice memo, or any combination. If I can see or hear your problem, I can help you fix it.
What format will your response be in?
Depends on the question. For tech problems, I'll usually send a screen recording walking through the solution plus a written summary with links and next steps. For strategy questions, it might be a detailed written response with a recorded overview. You'll get whatever format best answers your question.
Can I ask follow-up questions?
The Strategy Session includes one follow-up question. For the Quick Hit and Deep Dive tiers, follow-ups are a new session. If your question is more "ongoing problem" than "single question," the AI Intensive might be a better fit.
What if my question is too big for a single session?
I'll tell you. If I open your question and realize it needs more than the tier you purchased, I'll let you know and we can figure out the right path. Whether that's upgrading your session, splitting it into multiple questions, or looking at the AI Intensive instead. I'm not going to give you a half-answer.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happy to sign a mutual NDA before we start. Just mention it in your intake form and I'll send one over.
What's your refund policy?
If you submit an intake form and I haven't started working on your response yet, I'll refund you in full. Once I've recorded or written your response, no refunds — but you'll have a detailed answer you can reference anytime.
