What does the AI Intensive look like?
It starts with an intake (survey or video), then a 1-hour kickoff session where we screen-share and build together. After that, you get 14 days of email support for troubleshooting and follow-up questions, and we close out with a 30-minute call to tie up loose ends and plan your next steps.
Do I need technical experience?
No. I work with everyone from non-technical founders to experienced developers. The pre-survey helps me understand your technical comfort level so I can tailor the session accordingly. If you can use a web browser, we can work together.
What if I don't know what I need?
That's exactly what the pre-survey and session are for. Many clients come in knowing they want to use AI but aren't sure where to start. I'll analyze your business processes and recommend the highest-impact automations to build first.
Can we build more than one workflow in a session?
It depends on complexity. Some clients get 2-3 simpler automations built in an hour; others focus the full session on one complex workflow. The pre-survey helps me plan the session so we maximize every minute.
What tools do you work with?
n8n, Claude Code, OpenClaw, Zapier, Make, Anthropic API, OpenAI API, Ghost, WordPress, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, and hundreds more. If it's a SaaS or automation tool, I've probably reviewed it. The pre-survey covers your current tech stack so I come prepared.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happy to sign a mutual NDA before the session. Just mention it in the pre-survey and I'll send one over before we meet.
Can I send a video instead of filling out the survey?
Absolutely. Record your screen or a voice memo walking through your current setup, pain points, and goals. Whatever feels natural. Email it to dave@clientamp.com with your name and booking confirmation. Some people find it easier to talk it through than type it out.
What's your refund policy?
If you complete the intake and decide before our kickoff session that it's not the right fit, I'll refund you in full. Once the kickoff session has taken place, no refunds. But I've never had a client leave unsatisfied.
