We set up Hermes Agent (or OpenClaw) as an assistant that remembers your business, helps with email and calendar, and runs jobs on a schedule. I use Hermes Agent every day, so I'll show you how I set mine up.
Private Access With Tailscale
Reach your agent, your files, and your home or office computers from your phone or laptop, without putting them on the open internet. I use Tailscale to reach my own machines, so we'll set it up the same way for you.
Local AI Models
Run AI on your own Mac or PC, so sensitive work doesn't have to leave your machine. We pick a model that fits your machine, tune the settings, and test it on your own tasks. Then you'll know which jobs it handles well and which still need a paid model.

What does the AI Intensive look like?
It starts with an intake (survey or video), then a 1-hour kickoff session where we screen-share and build together. After that, you get 14 days of email support for troubleshooting and follow-up questions, and we close out with a 30-minute call to tie up loose ends and plan your next steps.
Do I need technical experience?
No. I work with everyone from non-technical founders to experienced developers. The intake tells me your comfort level so I can plan the session around it. If something needs the terminal, I'll walk you through every step.
What if I don't know what I need?
That's exactly what the intake is for. A lot of people come in knowing they want AI to help but not sure where to start. I'll look at how you work and recommend the one or two things that will save you the most time first.
Can we build more than one workflow in a session?
It depends on what we're building. Some people get two or three simple automations done in an hour. An AI agent or a local model setup usually takes the whole session. The intake helps me plan so we use every minute.
What tools do you work with?
Hermes Agent, OpenClaw, Tailscale, local models, Claude Code, Cursor, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, n8n, Zapier, Make, Ghost, WordPress, Airtable, Notion, Google Workspace, and plenty more. If it's a SaaS or automation tool, I've probably reviewed it. The intake covers what you use today so I come prepared.
Do I need special hardware for an agent or local AI?
Not to get started. An AI agent can run on a computer you already own, a small always-on machine like a Mac mini, or a low-cost cloud server. Local models need more memory, so I'll check what you have and tell you what's realistic before you buy anything.
Is my data safe?
We set things up on your accounts and your machines, so you stay in control. Passwords and API keys go in your own password manager, not in a chat window. If privacy is your top concern, that's where a local model and Tailscale help most.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, happy to sign a mutual NDA before the session. Just mention it in the intake and I'll send one over before we meet.
Can I send a video instead of filling out the survey?
Absolutely. Record your screen or a voice memo walking through your current setup, pain points, and goals. Whatever feels natural. Email it to dave@clientamp.com with your name and booking confirmation. Some people find it easier to talk it through than type it out.
What's your refund policy?
If you decide before our kickoff session that it's not the right fit, I'll refund you in full. Once the kickoff session has happened, there are no refunds.
